Bedjeli may request a government-issued ID for age verification at any time — after registration or at the point of a withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

• Accepted ID documents: National ID Card (NID), Passport, Birth Registration Certificate (with proof of age).
• Submitting forged or altered ID documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account termination.

Certain important rules apply when placing bets on bedjeli. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, you may partially withdraw using bedjeli's approved cash-out feature.

• The minimum stake per bet is ৳50, up to the applicable maximum limit.
• Placing multiple related bets on the same event may result in those bets being voided.
• Odds move fast in live betting. The odds displayed at the moment you place your bet are final.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with bedjeli's policy.
• Bedjeli reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.
• A user may have a maximum of 20 active bets at any one time.

In an accumulator bet, if any single leg loses, the entire bet is lost. bedjeli strives to offer the best possible odds, though all odds remain solely at bedjeli's discretion.

Deposits on bedjeli can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or direct bank transfer. Deposits are credited to your account instantly. There are no additional charges for deposits.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 (may vary by payment method).
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• BKash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Bedjeli may temporarily suspend withdrawals if suspicious transaction activity is detected.

Depositing via a third-party payment method is strictly prohibited. If it is found that a deposit was made from someone else's account, the funds will be returned immediately and the betting account may be suspended.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and can be claimed once.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn (typically 5x–10x).
• The same wagering requirements apply to any winnings generated from bonus funds.

• Threatening or abusive behavior toward other users.
